we had one in our kitchen just before Christmas - a peacock, not sure why it hatched then but it was around for a couple of weeks, body still on the windowsill, very beautiful colours.
Didn't stop to try and identify the one I saw, but good to see it! Hope you've recovered from the exertions of last weekend!
Still a bit drained but getting through post-event stuff gradually.
Saw3 butterflys in Glen Tanar today - a pair high up on moorland (dark brown) and one lower down - difficult to see colours as it flitted around in the sunshine.
I had another unusual sighting earlier today - Derek E out running in Allan Glen!
Did you get photographic proof...?
I think Derek E has been to more FVO events than Dixie so far this year :)
So whats that got to do with the price of butter? ;-)
