I have had what I guess are kidney stone issues with the red blood for a few years now. Doc's have kept an eye on it...just had blood and urine tests Friday and I'm ok. Every so often for a few weeks I'll struggle with a little more serious problem...but past month it's taken all my guts...I'll go run and have about ten spells where it really 'bugged' me (hurt) for several yards...hurt as if needing to pee about ten minutes past your maximum time limit.

I got home today and peed out a bowl full of red fiber junk/crap whatever, but I think the stone came out. I'll know in the next few hours. Usually hard workouts 'helped' clean things out in the past. I'm getting to where I don't get as wobbly-kneed when I look down and see bloody pee and stuff.

Old age blah.

My weight is down about 5lbs...I weighed 151 with clothes and shoes on Friday and usually it would be about 160 or so. I weighed later after a run in the buff and was 146...don't know how accurate that is but its the same scale for several years now and 146 is lowest I've been in past...usually about 151.

It's weird. The heart doctor said I was ok as far as he was concerned my new doc...he's Korean...Dr. Jang emphasized I have 'heart disease'. He wanted to prescribe something...problem is he did not tell me what and he called our old pharmacy so I still do not have the medicine yet to see what it will be.

Toivo!:
Heart disease! Weird.
Ask him! And, you should figure out why you've lost weight... it could be indicative of something. Hopefully it's just your incredible daily exercise regime.

Its not that much weight. The 160 was past few years...I would weigh about 8 to 10 lbs less after a run and in the 'el natural' dress only.

I googled what he wrote and it is called heart disease but its still just a narrowing of the arteries...I just had one that was a little too much. More veggies AND I've stopped drinking cola's with high fructose sugar...not diet ones...they are just as bad...but with cane sugar combined with much less volume...about one a day versus 3 times that much.

Chrissy screens out a lot of high fructose sugar in the stuff we buy. I did cut back on the salads after going crazy over them for at least 6 months...but I'll try to get some carrots, and a little lettuce in me, onions and asparagus...cooked not raw...apparently asparagus is some super food.

I'm not so sure I'm completely over this kidney stone thing yet.

I was going to delete out a lot of what I wrote...too much detail but I forgot you hung out by your computer all day checking frantically for Bags updates on AP... :)
