might do my track workout at Moss today due to snow tomorrow, no fun, or even possible, sprinting on a slippery track. probably do shorter efforts, 40m starts, 100m repeats, out of that Butler plan.
good logic! before the bitter cold too. Though you could do that kind of stuff pretty successfully anytime at a recplex, come to think of it. Do you have one that you go to? One i like is the pavilion at lemay in jefferson barracks park...$5 gets you a 11 laps to mile indoor track, the 'gently curved' (but still tighter than outdoors track) part is about 80 meters and the straight part about 60 (w a couple of harder curves separating the two).
