Julie's (and every other health pro) pet peeve is when people don't finish their full round of antibiotics. Makes the infection even worse sometimes.
I'm guilty of that too though.
Make sure you eat plenty of probiotics after those drugs.

I only skipped the last one. I've peed blood all day. I've heard that before and I would probably think the same thing.

I think this probiotics is a big hoax. I do it and I never ever ever once felt better for it and my intestines feel worse not better since I started doing the probiotic stuff (thanks to Chrissy who started first). Between the 'proB' and my colonoscopy 10 years ago I've had the worst decade of pooping by far...not a fan of either one although I have to call to get my second colonoscopy soon...

I'm not joking about anything above...I don't feel like it right now. I've had some of the reddest pee the past two days that I've ever had. I thought I was done with clots but had another one come out today.

I know I'm being too graphic and detailed...I'm a nut that way...I'm a little shaken up right now between my sore hips and babying my ham along and dealing with the above too.

I'm envious of your 'Home Healthcare Specialist' program (Julie). I'm calling my insurance carrier and demanding I get my own 'Julie'. :)

Are doctors even required to go to med school in OK?

My new Doc is Korean (emoji with the tongue stuck out). I will try to ignore your smug Northern Yankee/Finlander attitude towards Okieland. :)

I have not notified the doc of the after effects.

I DO probiotics because Chrissy is a eating nut too...not to the point you are as far as vegetarian but she looks at labels and ingredients, etc and gradually I have acknowledged (to myself mostly not her :) ) she was right...some of the the yogurt and probiotic drinks.

I eat a bowl of this at least 5 days a week after my coffee and bagel...yogurt, applesauce, black berries, blue berries, raspberries, strawberries and cherries. THAT really does seem to make me feel better both long term and right then.

If Dr. Julie or her PA (physicians assistant who thinks they are a doctor) Koski saw how many supplements I took they would wonder how I was alive...whatever you think at least double it if not triple yes I am insane. I reject medical science (not really haha) but I believe in taking in powerdy 'nutrients' any one of which tells me I will live to be 150 years old, be a stallion until the day I die, have no wrinkles, a head of thick, dark hair and be able to exercise like I'm 25 years doing the math on any one nutrient capsule allowing me to live to be 150 years old I should live to be 45,000 years old...give or take a decade or so.

Unfortunately other than clogging up my kidney's most of the promised benefits seem to be negligible or non-existent. I also wonder if in the mix IF I actually became a good runner if among all this stuff there is something 'not approved'. No steroids, etc, but it seems like a lot of the suspensions are due to taking something that has no super benefit like steroids, blood doping, EPO, etc. Since I'm barely able to crack 10 min pace for anything more than 1 mile I guess I will not face a 'surprise' drug test :).
