and/or interval training?
I was dried out I suppose. The altitude I’m sure didn’t help.
It never really happens in training, it just happens I believe when I’m dehydrated.
well then thats an easy fix :drink more water, less beer! you have mentioned that several times so you know i guess. maybe it has to do with the race stress too. i've been doing races where i have convinced myself its only a training run...same result but a lot less stress.
