What's going on?

POM day 2: I spiked no 7, but had the codes for 8 & 9 in my head. so carried on. realised within a minute; ran back furious. Binned 1:15 - 1:30

POM day 3 - controls 15 & 16 were 104 & 100. I was singing them in my head as i arrived near the two close controls, and somehow, 100 was OK when I found it, as it was "mine". DQ.

Perhaps it's our age. Commiserations. I hope neither Clive nor Tim did similar today at Interland......

Yes you should have gone...

No one could have predicted I'd get ill.

Looking at splits, Nigel was on fire, yet he was supposed to be at Interland, but pulled his calf & pulled out!

Crazy.

Can't be much wrong with Nigel. His navigation today was better than I've ever known.

I think M55 is where you hit senility. 5+ min errors at BNOC and Northerns. I hope it doesn't continue...

BNOC was proper hard tho! & today .... well, it's worrying, I keep having to check myself these days. Yeah, senile.

I have been making mistakes like that since I was a junior, so there's not much hope for me when I turn M55!

I went to the supermarket on my way back to work from the city today. Ended up just getting one item. Just about to get on the bus and I realise that I'm still carrying my shopping basket (400m from shop).

It's old age.

Andy!

Yeah..... I dreamt last night I had a pile of Euro coins, and a pile of sterling coins, and I could not work out how to keep them separate and not mixed up, cos I knew if they got mixed up, there would be no going back.
