one too many? sometimes the repull is like part of the healing reset though.
I wish I had stopped at five . . . the fifth rep felt fine . . . no tightness or soreness . . . so I thought I was good to go for the sixth. it comes on so suddenly, how do I know what is too much, until I cross the line? at least I dialed it down from 4x200 to 6x100 . . . guess I should have done 4x100. ??
