If you put it in the bedroom don’t tell anybody.

Some of us would want to know. Not necessarily me, of course, just hypothetically some people would.

:) I do a lot of strength/mobility training in the living room in an open area with a cathedral ceiling that wouldn’t be a good place for a hanger. I did my first TRX test in the nearby fireplace area where there is a lower ceiling and an outside door where I put the TRX door hanger. I had to move large furniture out of the way though.

Hmm... the previous owners of our house used the master bedroom as a yoga room instead of sleeping there. (They were “interesting”.) There is a huge area of empty floor between the bed and the bathroom door where I could put the TRX door hanger. The only question is whether the door will hold. In an old country house, I wouldn’t count on it. So if the bedroom ends up being the choice, we’d probably need a ceiling hanger that we’d have to explain to our Moms. ;) Thanks for the input; that’s going to be my next test!
