I get it occasionally, normally after a long run/race. Started 7 years ago and currently waiting on test results just to confirm its nothing more serious. A first had Lyme disease 7 years ago and suspect that is the reason.

I just get butterflies in my chest and can get quite tired and breathless with it. Once recorded 230 BPM.

Hmm makes for interesting reading, hope it isn't! I'm hoping that it's just my body having not run hard recently so when I do it shuts down a bit and tells me to stop, which should stop the more I do it? I'll bear this in mind though and keep an eye on it, thanks Rich.

It's nothing too serious. Just if you do keep getting it occasionally best just to get it checked.

Sounds like a plan, will head to the doctors when I get home and see what they say
