On your hands and knees and then left arm out front and right leg out back and then visa versa. Have to keep your back straight and level. Some extensions that I have not tried as yet.
My PT instructor just called it the alternate arm/leg extension.

It wasn't in the military, it was when we had them at Paladin for a short time. The army guys don't even want to do a body attack session (apparently it's not combat effective though our alternative that particular day from the slack secos was to walk up and down the road to make it appear we were doing something), let alone some form of pilates.
