Run one on a track so the distance is indisputable and you can run off lap splits rather than the distance on your watch. 91s/400m will do it...

I'd rather stab myself in the face.

Would that be a new training injury category?

12.5 laps around a track does not appeal to me at all. Last time I did a 3km TT around a track (which was 7.5 laps, well actually 7 since we ran in the third lane), I nearly died of boredom but I did come out of it with a misaligned back that needed fixing.

Speaking of which, my back is presently misaligned from 3 months of army training and needs fixing. I should have put in an injury form for that but too much paperwork and I also copped so much grief from one of my fellow soldiers (who then went and injured himself and put in a claim for it) when I did my shoulder injury that I didn't think it was worth the hassle.

Must have been going pretty fast to generate enough of any assymetrical force to put tour back out of alignment in 7 laps. The bends on a 400 track really aren’t that sharp.
And you used to rogaine - how can you die of boredom doing anything for only 19 minutes?

Just because I haven't done a rogaine since yesterday, doesn't mean I "used to" rogaine!

When did you last do a real one? I’m sure you’ve announced your retirement from rogaining multiple times.

Read my log and you'll know the answer to that. Dunno if I said I'd retired, just that I'd try and find anything else on at the same time as a rogaine to avoid doing one ;-)

I thought you said that about AR too.

Don't remember that although I have retired from doing ARs with Trevor. Still have to do one more XPD to get on the Legends list (think the next one is scheduled for July 2020). I like ARs, especially the shorter ones with all the gumby teams.
