Yeah, we had an unexpected 11pm bedtime this week too, compared to James's normal 7:30. It was rough. Sorry.

Now a whole new era starts... naps are good, but only at the right time, otherwise everything gets messed up. Totally. And it's so frustrating trying to get a chipper alert toddler to sleep at 10pm, when all you want to do is go to sleep yourself. Good luck.

I remember those days (nights) even if they are a distant past. Hope this won't happen too often.

So true with naps, but sometimes it's hard to know. If she take a long nap then sometimes she is well rested and not over tired, so sleeps quite well. Other times, like this day, I think that nap kept her up for too long at night.

Sofie's normal time is also 7:30 and I thought 10pm was hard - 11pm must have been a struggle as well!
