you had to be tough to train and race in the Laurentians. Thats why nobody could beat Mark Adams in thick and rocky forest.

See Graham, Brian as well for hardmen who could run in this stuff.

But I bet it is great in the fall. Hopefully this summer for Nationals.

Trust me, hasn't changed since them I'm sure. But the wood paneling doesn't need upgrading!
