I think you currently weigh about the same as Peter Sagan - he is a good cyclist - based on this benchmark you don't need to lose more.
I am a bit sceptical of BMI calculations, and even more so of ideal body weight recommendations, since they really don't take into account muscle mass/density - apparently for my height I should weigh 48kg. Don't think that's been the case since I was about 14!
I don't think I have legs quite like Peter Sagan but I was not endowed with stick legs like some.

Given that BMI has absolutely no scientific basis, being derived from some medico doodling on his blotter and discovering that, wow, he could make these numbers look as if they meant something, I think the numbers have more to do with brain density than your propensity to anorexia.
