So the not too bad a rain turns out to have been worse than it seemed to me. Late in my ride, I crossed the southern most inlet crossing from Garden City to the highway. It looked like near high tide level, so I thought I might take a post ride run in the afternoon to see how that worked. Turns out it was closer to low tide. With a predicted tide swing of 2 feet more than we have seen, the two southern crossings are expected to flood for some time around high tide - dinner time. I’ll have to avoid those road for a few days until they clean off the debris.
