Are you eating beforehand?
Had breaky 2 hours before running, but I think its dehydration that's doing it. I should drink a whole bottle of water on the way to the event and carry water with me in case I'm out for over an hour.... My diastolic BP was quite low. I'll chat with my GP about it....
Drinking more would be a challenge. I think I will have to hold you upside down to check for leaks.
Maybe an electrolyte/sports drink wouldn't leak so much.
Both Margie and l have had dizzy spells on hills in hot weather at recent events. I am thinking we shouldn't push it in such circumstances - we've both slowed down or sat down.
