I think Zwift was most of my fitness training before the Aus Champs events last year. I was much less awful than the amount of running training before hand would have suggested I'd be.
Fortunately, I no longer have any illusions of trying to be competitive. At this point I’m only interested in proving to myself that I can exercise without dropping dead. I’d hate to head out orienteering still being unsure about that!
You can never be sure about that.
