Aye, it is a bit..... 190 is sounding relatively low now.

I could just pretend it's all the HR monitor but honestly I don't think it is. Sometimes my monitor is dodgy but not when the trace is like this, especially since my HR was ~72 when it first picked up, which is what I'd expect. That and the fact that it consistently goes high.
My theory is that my mitochondria function (energy production/recycling) has improved but pots has got worse. So although hr is higher, I can do more and with less effect. Cycling isn't too bad (sitting is easier) and swimming is the best for pots so going to keep upright activities at a low level, at least till my HR calms down a little.

Gosh that's very high. Agree your plan seems sensible but don't be reluctant to seek extra medical advice if things go the wrong way.....

Thanks, I have an appointment with a cardiologist on Thursday so will see what happens then.
