Yes the TBA listed in Eventor is not very encouraging.

No it's the NSW night champs I'm interested in. The website also says starts from 5-6:30pm whereas Eventor says 6:30-7:30.

It'll be 6:30 onwards for real Night Champs. Sometimes we let people do a twilight run hence the "5" reference. rockman tells me it's at Speers Point Park which is great. And if football/soccer training is on the floodlights will be on and you'll be able to read a newspaper by them.

And sorry tRicky - not NSW Night Champs - just NCN's. So you won't be grabbing a NSW title.

Yeah sorry I realise that, me and my mistyping. Happens in job interviews too - my brain can't come to grips with what I'm trying to say so I repeat what the interviewer just said.

Change in plans, well not a change in plans as such but I only just checked my flight itinerary and I don't get into Sydney tomorrow until 5:45pm so no way will I make it to the night champs. What a pain, I was looking forward to them!

You might make it. Says course closure is 9:30. You could probably get from Sydney airport at 6 to Speers Point about 8:30. If Sydney traffic is kind.

Who ever gets out of Sydney airport within 15 minutes from their scheduled landing...?
(Mind you, last Friday I was lucky to land only about 45 minutes late compared to some of the Arrows who ended up flying in after 11pm.)

My car rental place is also off the airport. I'll see how I go but I won't hold my breath (I can do over minute but 2hrs is pushing it). Thought about getting to the airport a bit early in case they wanted to put me on an earlier flight (I had this choice when leaving Melbourne in September last year) but the next earliest flight is 5hrs beforehand (5:45am) so that's a bit much.

*prepare groan* I guess they were off the mark!
