Discussion: tough on the knee

I noticed doing the barre workout with all the balletic moves how tough it is on the knees bending repetitively in second position too and I don't have any knee issues. Felt sore doing Warrior Two throughout the week after that. I think it's important that the knees and toes face in the same direction, so that and not opening the feet as widely apart might help. I'm going to try that next. Nice workout!
