Thank you much! It might take a while to get into the hang of training regularly but I will try my best to get 5 days of running in per week. Also, should I be writing descriptions for each training like you do?
You can describe it a little more. I would usually just say what the workout is, maybe like jot down interval times so that you can look back and see if you are getting faster. You can look up D-MAN for a good example of a training log...
There's no big rush, just small steps to getting consistent will take you a long way! :)
Also let me know if your bro makes a log so that I can keep an eye on him too.
