Toivo!:
I'm trying to figure out what the non-paraphrased term would be.
Butthead=asshead? shithead?
Good run.

For Sunday am it is for me...of course you ran 10:15 which I know is 30 seconds or more slower than your 'normal slow' pace and way slower than many other runs but you really seemed...disappointed (not sure if that is the right word but something like that)...even for me it was not that long ago I still was able to regard 10 minutes and slower as slow...now it takes effort. The past six months or so I've kinda topped out at 10 min pace as being 'good average' for my 5 milers and it shows...hopefully this time I can get down into lower 9's. or better.

As far as paraphrase more accurate translation from butthead would be scum of the earth (a phrase that Jeanne Tyo actually used on me as things went south...I think her's was anger over being disappointed in me...I was more average and nerdish than she had originally thought...just a guess). Chrissy's version of scum of the earth would be harsher...much harsher than mere disappointment that I'm not Super Bags.

There are so many of these super duper dads and husbands that spend 49 hours a days being...super for the entire family. I can do that stuff in small spurts but not 49 hours a day.
