I've found a strong correlation between doing single leg planks and my ankles feeling (and being) very weak - to the point that I've stopped doing them altogether since December.
Oh, that's interesting Richard thanks for the comment. I'll definitely keep an eye on it! Not a huge fan of single leg planks so won't be too upset if I find the same... More balancing exercises I think should strengthen it.

The problem with my ankles, was actually not my ankles I don't think!! The insoles I got from the podiatrist to sort a misaligned pelvis seems to have sorted them...…. although, I think they might now be the cause of my ITB issue :-( !!!!
