Try only doing 45 min of burpees. An hour of burpees is a lot. Also, fartees are easier.

So, a few weeks ago, we did Slurpees, which was slamming the sand bag, doing the Burpee, and grabbing the sand bag to jump back up. Today was Extreme Burpees, which added a mule kick and a gorilla jump to a Burpee. Weren't they hard enough?
