What route did you take on 6-7 today?
That is a significant fastest split so I'm anticipating you found the best route.
Think a lot of people went all the way east on the trails, but they're not the fastest trails so interested to see.

Uploaded. No, indistinct trail along a steep slope didn't seem like a good idea. Dropping straight down from the road worked fine.

But I wouldn't read too much into it, I'm just way fitter...

Except I'm not. The second half of the race I lost all sharpness...
