A rough definition of Orange [the hardest course for me to set], is that each control should be near a firm attack point on handrail [trail, stream, fence, field, road] and reading contours is not required.
It was partially your reports on visits there that put it on my radar...that and the wild party I once attended as a teenager at Don Robinsons house. Really interesting area.
