Hmmm... on pp 7-8 Brown is listed as one course for all competitors, but in the course setter notes for the Middle there are X and Y courses listed. Could you please clarify which age groups are on which course? Thank you.

EDITED 4/22: I asked this question a month ago. The answer I received then is that women are on the X course and men are on the Y course.

Is the M21E Team Trial really only 12k now? it still shows 14k on the race details page.

Is packet pickup on Friday open until 1800 or 1900? It is listed as both in two different places in the document.

mikeminium:
Given the Friday race times, it would be nice if packet pickup can stay open late enough to make it to pickup after finishing the Friday race... if possible...

Also, I might have missed it (???), but not seeing the "West Point Visitor Center" (packet pickup location) either on the map or in driving directions.

JanetT:
Page 5 of the meet notes has the Visitor's Center location.

The Visitor Center is located at 2107 New South Post Rd, West Point, NY 10996 . GPS for Visitors Center: 41.373281, - 73.962475

What can I say, it's been a dynamic process this morning...kudos to Bridge and MAJ Plante for answering a whole host of questions and getting the little details nailed down.

How about a packet pick-up at the Harriman event?
Apr 24, 2019 5:32 PM #
Bridge:
Thank you for the suggestion but we logistically cannot support that, as we are hosting a West Point alumni dinner on Friday evening. We are increasing the packet pickup window to 1900, which should work for most who are involved with the Harriman event.

The third and final version of the bulletin will be released today. All new questions/suggestions have been heard and any possible updates we could think of have been inserted, most notably a blurb about post security on Saturday. Please read through these notes, I worked to make this as thorough as possible (it's 17 pages long) and it is 99.99% likely the answer to your questions are in there.

The meet notes mention a clothing drop after quarantine for TT. But sounds like buses not back to parking until 10:30. Please can we get a bigger bag brought to the finish for us? Especially if waiting then for parents.

Also I didn’t enter the sprint (foot injury) but would quite like to walk around a course. Would I be allowed to do this towards the end of the sprint?

I didn't see any mention of Sport Ident Air. Is it safe to assume this will not be enabled for any courses?

vmeyer:
Yes, no SI-Air.

Allison, I’m sure we can work something out. Let me talk to a few people.
