| bradc: | How do you enter the Vdot figure, Jon? I've tried it before and can't see where to enter the figure...
Nice santa suit photo, by the way :-) |

| Jon X: | I just put it in as running/race, intensity 5, added the distance and time.....and like magic vdot appeared !! |

| bradc: | Hmmm, obviously I've never been trying hard enough in a race for that to happen... och well, my vdot would be a negative figure anyway! |

| Jon X: | What happens if you go back to 4 Dec and change the time trial to 'activity' of Running and 'workout' of Race? |

| bradc: | N'owt, sadly! However, if I add in a new race of intensity 5, it seems to create a vdot reading. Add in a new race of intensity 3, and it doesn't, even if it's the same pace. Steee-range. |

| Alibongo: | Even I've got one of those! Worryingly, I've worked out what it is as well. If I knew I was going to have one of those I would have tried harder, can't wait for the next time trial. |

| Rosco: | how can you work out your vo2max (which vdot is based on) if you're not trying very hard?! Bradc?! |

| bradc: | don't get technical with me, Rosco, I may be a geek in front of a computer but as far a sport is concerned I am a complete luddite. I can barely work out where to attach my heart-rate monitor. It's a head-band, right?! |
