I am constantly "worrying" about my left calf, due to awful knotting issues in the past. But it's not knotted, or pulled, for over a year. The mind has a lot to answer for. Each time i finish a run/race, I think later, oh! My calf was 100% fine.
Calf issues are in the mind. Achilles issues are real.
I can't tell if you're serious ...
... but am glad you seem to be a lot better for your week off running.
