What was that. 2 weeks?

Had you rested and not raced / trained through it, you'd have been better in 5 days. I know - the virus that took me out of Interland, I went to bed for 2 days, rested the next 3, was fine within 5-6 days.

STOPPING is normal & healthy. "Children & animals sleep the day through when they're sick" - its only human adults that feel they need to stick to their "routine" come what may.

Herewith endeth the lecture.

I'm sure you're right, but I'd have had to miss out on things - this way it lasted longer. but I had more fun.

I don't find it "fun" when I'm ill.... but that's just me. I like to be in bed with a hot water bottle & a hot drink.

And snacks. despite diabetes.

oh the fun.
