Must be so frustrating....

I have worked on my flexibility over my hips, which supposedly gives more room for hammies & calves if you've got more flexibility there, I think that's why my calves & hamstrings haven't pulled for a while. (apart from my Xmas day hamstring pull which i think was beer poisoning affected). (seriously!) . I hardly "stretch" calves or hamstrings these days.
