Fine I guess. He said that I've been doing pretty well in keeping my knee stable which was the problem the first time I went in, but now I'm considerably more off balance standing on my left leg so that's why I'm hurting. I'm just constantly falling to one side. Good news is I don't need to stop running, I just need to not run as much and focus on strengthening my core and other stuff.
Oh, and you know when you showed me the PT bands and I said I never used them? I spoke too soon :)
