My legs are sorer than expected, but it had been a long while since I last ran hard downhill, which I think did most of the damage. Also probably ran a bit too hard when legs were still tired from recent efforts. Thinking of doing a long run on Sunday though, as not long until Trotternish Ridge run
Walking at sustained 10 min/km is a pretty good workout you’re doing Brad!
