You've stumbled onto our plan. Once the pullup rig is up, we're going full Fred Flintstone for the rest of the gym. Some rocks are going to get tossed back in the hole, because free cement. The big ones, though: Paleo-crossfit!

I don't think I'm brave enough to build a pullup rig (and if I was I can only do one or two at a time anyways) but we are inspired by your rock digging to upgrade our outdoor "Papa Gym" at the Waddtage. Let us know if you want some Cdn Shield granite for your outdoor gym. (Hey look at the top of the photo below. Looks like somebody has been doing workouts by hanging on a tree).

Sounds like some of the Lumberfit, which involves shot-putting big logs down the hill and through the bush. Hansel would probably be tossing full trunks.
