:-) you've cracked the most difficult bit - getting out and doing the first run. Take it easy to make sure you've recovered and then you can move on steadily.
Thanks! First one is always a shock to the system, but my body usually adapts fairly quickly. Going to be a very gradual return to running regardless though. :)
