In a way it was really a confidence booster though the times might make it seem otherwise. 'if I can run this well w a hamstring injury...' and 'this kind of relaxed running is something to really build on'

6:08 is a good 1500 for going only 90% . . . I wonder if you actually went faster because you mentally decided to relax. You may have stumbled onto the key to go to the next level.
