Discussion: 500m difference

Fairly big difference in route distances between us for a middle in fast/not that steep terrain, so maybe that's where a bit of the difference came from too (and I admit I did have a very very easy week leading up to this)

By the look of livelox I was pretty straight on the controls I didn't muck up but would have run a bit extra distance on 1, 9 and 14. I'm guessing you were pretty straight on all of them so that could possibly be most of the difference.

You did 150 m more than Pat on 1, 40 more on 6, 30 on 9, 30 on 12, 130 on 14, and 60 on 19. K rates you were 5.34 a k to Pat 5.32
