More than most, you guys in Racine and Kenosha Co. are taking the heat (and pollution) for one of our exalted leader's favorite projects
....emails obtained by the Sierra Club reveal an EPA decision to exempt [next door] Racine County from smog standards, where Taiwanese electronics company Foxconn is building a factory. The EPA's decision meant that the factory, a favored campaign talking point for both Trump and Wisconsin governor Scott Walker, would save Foxconn millions of dollars in pollution controls. Racine County has some of the worst air pollution in Wisconsin...
Those assholes for shoving that pollution down my throat. Hell my backyard will be a logistics/trucking building and parking lots. UGH!!
Two of my most favorite people dtrump and walker, what a bunch of losers. One got booted out, now ready for the next!
Well look at the bright side; all that pollution might keep the buckthorn from growing back too vigorously! :-)
Buckthorn can survive up to six years in the ground before sprouting.
I’m still seeing sprouts like it fall season. So pretty easy to hand pick them out.
Well when I show you the future development right in back of my property you wonder why I don’t move right now!!
Yes move....down here to the City. You and Ms Soupbone, living in a condo with a Lake view, 25m pool and workout room downstairs, 17-mile bike path a block away, Oak Street beach lovelies parading past your balcony....and no Foxconn or buckthorn!
Yep you won’t run next Thursday with me because of the car pollution??? And you think I should move there? Where are my 3 dogs and cats going to go??
You guys, you got it all wrong. You need to move down here where the pollution is somewhat better and you can pick your time. Its easy to get to some great parks, some not that far out and plenty of room for dogs and cats. And no buckthorn, just beautiful honeysuckle. Get real!!!
I love St Louis...used to live in Creve Coeur when I worked for GE. Discovered the Central West End, Lafayette Square, Soulard, Tower Grove, The Hill. It is a great city. And lots of pristine parkland...far better than Chicago's overgrown farm fields. Matzah Ball I envy you!
I don’t like honeysuckle either. Pretty much eliminated garlic mustard from my property.
