What do you do in these sessions?

I do about 45 min. on the weight machines, mostly upper body. Then about 10 min. doing shoulder rehab in the big boy section and another 10 min or so on the mats for abs and stretching. Nothing too complicated...sort of let it evolve depending on what hurts.
