Darn! Just when I thought I was doing well I find out there’s this to worry about!
My therapist found that when I try bird dogs I hold one hip up higher than the other when that leg is extended. Work is needed to keep the hips level.
I do bird dogs with my foot elevated so I am balancing just on my knee and hand. Much more difficult. I am quite a bit more stable balanced on left hand and right knee than vice versa. I thought it would get better, but not so much.
