On liquids for rest of day. 2nd colonoscopy tomorrow. Thats a sign your old when its been ten years since your first one. I have really dreaded this for a month now.
I about starved to death this time, but the anestesia was a lot better this time. As soon as they woke me I felt way more alert this time...the nurse said the drugs are better now and I would agree. Last time when Chrissy pulled into the driveway I felt nauseous and had to throw up...barely got the door open. That is unusual for me.
I'm light-headed since all I have had in 37 hours is a half bagel. Making coffee now...wahoo.
I had a polyp...but in the picture it looked more like bump...everything was good just need to see what test of polyp says.
Hope it was okay!
I am probably just going to poop in a bag and bring it in.
Grandma's today. I had to flee town. In CO now.
I am kinda slow but I figured Grandma's probably caused you some consternation some years...pick whatever word you want. Stress, frustration.
The OKC Memorial Marathon really lucked out this year. It has been raining for 6 plus months now...but they had dry weather and a beautiful day with almost no wind. Hopefully GM has good weather today...I'll check later.
Good luck to you. I still have my hopes and dreams but reality says this is it...I feel age is going to more than offset any benefits training gives me...so two years from now I could be in 'better shape' and run same pace or slower rather than even slightly faster...but I'll take that versus the alternatives that are negative.
I've said this before but a lot of my best training seems to end with me running slower...at some point I will have sped up but by the end of the cycle I've slowed back down due to fatigue and burnout.
Per google the type of polyp I have is like 15% cancer chance...I'm not worried.
