So this is the same place that pulled before? I'll take that as a caution flag not to tempt fate w my hamstring that has been pinging! Sorry, wish you a speedy recovery.
it's the same side (Left) as the (running) track standing start injury from last March, not the recent Right side strain that I didn't bother to record. The AP injury log is helpful in this regard because I couldn't remember the side from the March injury.
I think I will institute a 4th regular rest week into my training, just suffering too many serious injuries as I age. gotta be smart now about training, just can't go "all out" and expect to improve, these setbacks are too frustrating.
Wonder if there any hamstring strengthening protocols
