I think it was a team job with his granite apprentice, Darren Eenjes. As Darren and his family are now officially the orienteers living closest to Kooyoora, the club constitution requires that he become a master granite setter, and who better to learn from than Daryl.
And yes, the courses were as good as you can get. Every control a fair challenge. The only easy leg was the finish chute.
