Al Jazeera took out a full page ad in yesterday's New York Times which basically said "We need the international community to realise that our journalists are under serious threat from the Saudis and we fear for our lives".
We saw a small crowd outside the Chinese Consulate in SF. Don't think all of them belonged to the "Falun Dafa is Good" banners so maybe some had opinions on Hong Kong?
In other news, somehow I felt better about the world when today in the bookshop I found a 200-page volume on Bumblebees Of North America.
I've seen Falun Dafa protests in many parts of the world, including outside the British Museum (probably more accustomed to Greeks wanting their marbles back), but can't remember seeing any in Geneva.
