can't find controls in an efficient, consistent manner.
No matter how fit you are your performances will be determined by your mistakes. Keep it clean, stay in the zone - that extra physical push will likely lead to a slip over the edge so stay on that tightrope!

All good advice! It’s a bonus of being fit that you can give full focus to the nav and not worry about the physical side during the race.
