know me yet but I am helping on Deeside.
I hope your rehab sees some improvement before then.

My suggestion would be to investigate cross-training whilst your pelvis & hips settle down.
If you are able to walk without pain or it affecting your hip issue then 30 mins a day can help your base fitness.
What about swimming or biking?
Strength or core work?

As the saying goes "every little helps".

Thank you so much! I have exercises to do to prevent them from tightening up again. I think cycling would be painful but swimming is a shout. Will probably create myself some hiit type core exercises and will stick with the wobble cushion and exercise ball.
