So sorry you still feel crappy. Rest is definitely the thing, as recovering fully for next week matters more than anything else. Your walking looked pretty accurate! I noticed a few stretches where your line had lots of little wiggles - are the woods trashy?

There were some gross bits of green, very few if any that were not marked, but the stuff marked as green was not fun. If you could avoid large patches without going way around then that was typically faster.
