Making good progress, eh!
I do feel stronger in the pool; adding the kick really uses more breath, so I'm running out of breath on the turns, while under water longer; the ham is starting to feel normal so I'm going to add in some stretching and light air squats tomorrow. the total gym, that body sled thingy I set up on back porch, has a really nice foot attachment that does and awesome hamstring stretch. a stirrup attaches to the ankle that runs to a pulley above my head, and then attaches to the sled, so as I lower the leg in an ax chop motion, it pulls the sled and my body upwards; and if you hold the leg in mid-air, does an awesome stretch. can't wait
