I'm always interested in people's injuries... I really try not to be a physio 24/7 but I don't always succeed. ;) I read your injury history and I see that you've been having problems with your rib quite many times. Did you ever get any diagnosis from a doctor or a physio? Could it be just a muscle cramp in a muscle between the ribs? In fast trainings/competitions you are of course also breathing harder and those muscles between the ribs have to work harder too. For any other diagnosis I'd need more information... ;)
hehe thx for the "try". i still thinking it has something to do with the muscles between the rips and i am also already in treament. i will do a mri as soon as possible. i already tried different things to get it fixed. but i have to run fast if i want to have pain! :) it mostly occurs between 10 and 20 mins of fast running. and if i dont stop or run slower i gets so bad i have to stop as it is not possible to breath anymore! :x
the last few weeks i also felt a little something when i didnt run. its no pain but hmmm just a strange feeling there. dont know what it is! :(
