a "ride" .... sounds like the ebike is a perfect combination of some effort but not enough to detract from your enjoyment of what you went for. If you just wanted to ride you could do the TdF!

It was fantastic. Normally l struggle up the hills and approach them with dread. However, this bike just flew up them like a motorbike.

I have a friend who lives in Hobart, amongst steep hills. She rides her e-bike everywhere. It just zooms her up the hills!
